8. Food Products
Bougie Rez Designs is a Native-owned business and offers certain food products under the authority of applicable Tribal law. Our food products are prepared, packaged, and sold in accordance with applicable Tribal laws and regulations governing food production and sales.
Because our food products are produced and sold pursuant to Tribal authority, they are not offered under Oregon’s Cottage Food Laws or other state cottage food programs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, those state cottage food requirements do not apply to our Tribal food operations.
Certain food products are available exclusively for purchase on Tribal lands and are not available for online ordering or shipment. Availability of food items may vary based on Tribal law, applicable federal law, and shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to limit the sale or shipment of any food product to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
For food safety reasons, all food sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on smoked salmon, beef jerky, freeze-dried candy, or any other edible products.
If you receive an incorrect order or your food products arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
By purchasing any food product from Bougie Rez , you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, ingredient information, and any applicable sales restrictions prior to completing your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

At Bougie Rez Designs, every order is created or carefully selected with quality and craftsmanship in mind. Because many of our products are handmade, customized, or made to order, our return policy differs from that of large retail stores. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only for eligible non-custom items that are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Food Products
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any edible products.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
